My wife and I live in central British Columbia; an area of trees, lakes and rolling hills called The Cariboo. However, part of me will always be connected with Africa, the continent of my birth.
Much of my work in recent years involved growing things: landscaping, running a three-acre organic vegetable garden, running a hydroponic lettuce greenhouse. I now concentrate most of my "growing" energy on the land around our house with its plant- and bird-life; and a small herb and vegetable garden. Aided by a camera, I've been documenting our backyard wildlife and plants by utilizing my photography skills.
For the past ten years, I've run a full-time web design business from home. This overlaps nicely with my wife's graphic design business.
Drumming/music, local community, the natural world, photography.
